Update the plan; substantiate the extension

BusinessFlare® is modernizing the corridor’s statutory Redevelopment Plan for current market conditions, integrating the recently adopted expansion areas, and preparing the Assessment of Need that Miami-Dade County requires (Resolution R-611-15) to extend a CRA older than ten years.

Agency & leadership

The NW 7th Avenue Corridor CRA (established 2004, expanded 2012 and 2025) is a Miami-Dade County community redevelopment agency. Its work is directed by the Board and County oversight, with annual audits and reporting.
